In just a little more than two weeks, the studio will be magically transformed from its current status as art supply disaster area to a beautiful winter boutique featuring the creations of over 20 local artists for our annual holiday sale. Stay tuned for previews of some really original and cool art and functional crafts!

controlled chaos...

The day before a Camp Cactus sale is always full of chaos and color, with totes full of ceramics, glass, and all kinds of art piled high, waiting to be arranged, dusted and displayed. In a space of two days or so, the studio becomes a gallery and boutique showing the creations of our fantastic local artists.

Somehow, it all comes together with the help of family, friends and artists, who pitch in and get the job done!

accessories galore!

We're happy to have the opportunity to showcase some cool accessories this season.
First up is Tamara King, whose gorgeous and hip color and print combinations make me want to run directly to the nearest fabric store and start hoarding colorful cottons...then I remind myself that I don't have to -  I can just buy from Tamara and she can supply me with my fix!
